Ah, music. A magic beyond all we do here!
Albus Dumbledore
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
Not much of a fan of Nick Cave but I kind of like this one.
Nice scene in the movie too.
In honour of the final Harry Potter movie which I only just saw tonight, (Belated I know - I've been putting off the Post Potter depression for as long as I could), I'm basing my Sunday Session around the final instalment.
I'm very sorry to those of you who aren't HP fans for shoving this down your throat today but I just can't contain myself :)
I'm not too worried about it being all over though. More excited that I can now collect the final instalments and add them to my limited edition box set.
Bring on the movie marathons!
I agree my love for Harry Potter is a bit immature
(I don't need any judgement thank you very much lol)
Thank goodness the cinemas are dark (so no one could see me cry over Doby the house elf's death) but I do wish the scenes weren't quite so quiet after the scene showing Professor Snapes undying love for Lilly. It was pretty obvious that I was sniffling all over the place and embarrassingly enough I seemed to be the only one.
I am a ridiculous romantic and a big softy at heart.
Well I'll leave you tonight with one of my favourite inspirational quotes from Professor Dumbledore:
"Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light."
xx

That is a good quote Kat. I am a sentimental guy and get weepy watching movies like A Walk to Remember or maybe Pay it Forward. Hope you have a wonderful Sunday.
Odie
I loved reading Harry Potter to the kids when I was teaching! I think I'm only up to book 3 but I'm really hope my kids get into it when they're a bit older. I'm dying to buy the box-set of books for them. Hey, what am I waiting? I should just buy them now, right?? :)
I cried like a freakin baby during the last HP movie. Good thing I saw it in 3D so no one could see it behind my HP-3D glasses.
Harry Potter themed 3D glasses?!
Now I HAVE to go watch it again :)
@Thea - Children can always be moulded. My advice is start young. I'm a big fan of using children as a guise for my deep seeded immaturity lol
