That IS funny. Maybe because that's where most spills happen or leaves fall to leave an imprint of a heart? I don't know, but I like the thought of looking down and being reminded of love.

i need to look through some of my photos. Interestingly enough, i have a friend who sees hearts in tons of places she goes. very cool.
I think of that friend often, esp. when i see a heart in something. esp. every time i take the long drive home form my parents farm. there is a giant heart formed by the rocks, and the grass on a mountain as i drive by!

I love how you've confirmed in your post that beauty is everywhere, even if one looks down. I used to walk with my head down a lot, then I did the opposite, and people used to joke that I would fall into a puddle as I was looking at the stars! In any case, I am really impressed you found a heart shape on the pavement ;) Wishing you a *much love* week :)
